As i'm sure most of you can, it's possible to get trade pricing and there might be a decent discount if multiple are purchase so perhaps we could organise a group buy.
Let me know if you're interested as I will certainly be getting one.
Cheers,
David.
Ah, yes, sorry Philip. (: But of course, come on down too. (:
We should probably have an official DIYD meet up soon (with a bit more notice) in addition to Byron and me just heading out somewhere. (:
I'd be nervous with the plane that far into the city. I'm too used to the open space we have out here in the country...
I will try and make it down to Melbourne sometime soon to meet up with all of you...
Phil
@ Phil - maybe you can bring the plane out?
hopefully my spares will have arrived by then. it would be good to meet some locals.
Just a heads up that a few of us will be flying near the children's hospital again - this sunday from 9am.
I've upgraded to 3.0.0 and keen to give it a good test.
Hope to see some of you there.
Cheers,
David.

Sorry for the duplicate post guys, but some may be interested to see what adventures we got up to last Sunday. There were some speed and carrying tests performed. Some interesting results.

Nice work! Looking forward to seeing how far the range has been extended.
Just finished building my first Skew Planar antenna for 5.8GHz - thanks to Jaycar and Bunnings!
