3DR programing

Hi, I'm a new person to this site and to this hobby. I have a stock #3DR radio. I think its a Flysky model. Anyhow my right stick has gone bad in that it's  only working part time in the forward and reverse ptich movement. I contacted 3DR about this and the warrenty is expired so they won't look at it or even fix it for a fee.

What I want to know is ,if I buy a new Turnegy or Flysky 9 channel radio how do I get the software into the new transmitter ?. I would like all the screens that are on the stock transmitter to show up on the new transmitters screan. All the pages and so forth.. How do I do this??.

Thanks for any help you may provide.. Oh my quad is the Iris+

  • Hi, it may be the firmware? If you turn on the radio the 3DR logo lights up then you can go to different pages by hitting the different buttons on the radio to see the different screens like to calibrate the sticks, or to monitor the altitude, battery voltage ect you can also reset the entire radio settings by going from page to page and entering the different parameters hope this helps
    Thanks
