APM 2.6 Possibly Bricked, Any Ideas?

So the other day I purchased a new APM 2.6 board after my previous F450 build had a unrecoverable flyaway caused by the APM. I received the board from the seller and uploaded the firmware and was tweeking with a few of the parameters. Well I started to get bad gyro errors and the virtual horizon was going nuts. I disconnected the APM and afterwards I was unable to connect through Mavlink, it was able to see the COM port but unable to get a heartbeat from the board. The board shows the Green Led but the normal flashing Red/Blue Leds are not present. I have tried reflashing the firmware and it shows the firmware does still flash over but I am still out of luck with Mavlink. I tried connecting through terminal as I have seen in other posts but I get:

Init Arducopter V3.2 (c8e0f3e1)

Free RAM: 1890

FW Ver: 120

---------------------------------------------------------------------

load_all took 20335us

The terminal just hangs here and is unable to respond to any commands. At first I was thinking this was the 3.3v regulator but now I'm thinking it might be something else. Does anybody else have an idea about what is going on or have experienced the same issue?
