I'm getting pages of errors via the Arduino Serial Monitor on power up:
OK: PE3
EError: PE6 & PB0, Also check pin PE5,PE7 is not reading HIGH
Press Y to continue...
OK: PE7
EError: PE3 & PH1, Also check pin PE2,PE4 is not reading HIGH
Press Y to continue...
(pages more)
Followed by PWM readings all the same, and an apparently endless loop. I've not tried to upload anything because of the error condition, and I was unable to find any refererence to this condition.
I have the complete error log, if necessary.
Clearly, the USB is functioning (57,600, configured as documented)
After soldering and verifying the connections, I powered it up using the USB cable. On the APM, following LEDs are on: blue PPM solid, red power solid, yellow MUX solid; on the oil pan the blue "ON" led is solid, and the A and C LEDs are dimly lit after pressing "Y" a number of times in answer to the error prompt. B does not appear to be lit at all. Also, the RX and TX LEDs flash during serial communications. I have also re-verified the soldered pins under a lense.
Initially, I had the MediaTek GPS connected, but have since unplugged it. Nothing else has been connected (radio, servos, etc.).
UPDATE: I connected to the APM using the FTDI cable, and the response is the same. Is this APM DOA?
Any thoughts? Thanks,
-Dale
