Arducopter Hexa 3.0.1 suddenly shaking like a wet dog.

Hi guys decided to update the apm2.5 to the latest 3.0.1 code, completed the compassmot and live calibrations as usuall.  Went for a test hover and bloody solid as a rock just to lively for me. Next day decided to tune the RateP through my trimpot on ch6.  My hexa would not even take off shaking like crazy all over the place, I mean totally uncontrollable cant even take off. Reset pid to standard no change, erased eprom and reloaded the code NO Change.  All motors spin up at the same time but I cant even manage the takeoff.  I am totally stumped as no hardware has been changed and even after reloading the code and starting from scratch, still shakes like mad I mean atleast a 2"-3" up and down movement on each arm. Might try recalibrating the esc's.

    When you read the params in the MP, are they all back to the defaults? It sounds like RateP is off by a decimal point (10x higher than it should be)
