Ardupilot is scrap

slowly i like to put my Ardupilot into trash, real

this unsolved problem here:

http://diydrones.com/forum/topics/waypoints-not-working?commentId=705844%3AComment%3A342873

and between some of the new Firmwares along the last weeks, my last hope was to

tries an other GPS Receiver and perhaps the change of the BEC system, but nothing works

i have again tried different kind of Firmware uploads

by APM original Files and they complete not working

my own compiled by Ardurion works, i thought

and this is the next trouble or issue or what ever

if i upload the Firmware by the APM , i get no servo out at all

i have checked all, the sensors, the TX calibration etc.....i have made every reset and clear eeprom

if i compile my own firmware by Ardurion code APM2.11 with Arduino-0022 its work and till now

it was usable for RTL Function (you remember the waypoints are not working and yes i have checekd the altitude)

but now it was like this with the new Firmware

at dry test in my cellar rooms every thing was working good, servos move by stabilized mode into the right direction etc.

outdoor first it works and then... before i start to take off, i make a last check and switch to stab mode.

and nothing the servos are suddenly still fixed and not moving

i switch to manual and it works, back to stabilized and nothing

i push the reset button and nothing

i complete switch of the shit and try again but nothing

i shake the board and knock by screwdriver to the sensors for find a loose connection but it dint help

i am sure if i upload the firmware again and recalibrate every thing its will be ok for the next few minutes or so

and finally i tell you not to botering me with question about bad solder, wires or else....

i have a rework station and 100% bullet proof solder ability, i am able to solder BGA Devices correctly also and i have checked the complete Boards

i am short before to stop to try around with this scrap Ardupilot

its a waste of money and much more of time

  • i am here like a alone converser

but no problem you should hear about the bad boards

past a complete Reset from the EEProm and a new RC channel setup

    it is working again

but only still RTL and no shitty way points

    mode switch is correct

    coordinates are correct

    altitudes are correct

    stabilizing and RTL works perfect

    but no waypoints

at the other thread Chris Anderson asked me if i could make the test Waypoint by CLI and then i have made it and he

could not tell me if the result ok or not... it is still bad advice

by my screen shot from the Mission Planer he could not tell a usable hint also, there is every thing good... yea fine, but why

does the waypoints are not working, now i have a new GPS Receiver in use and a perfect clear 5V, there is nothing that

    could interfere

my real last idea, does the Ardupilot need to messuaring anywhere a Batteries voltage for still not to decide for fly back home ?

  • so past the first anger about the shit part

i am back from the airfield and have check the setup again

and it shows that this board has middle in use forgotten all his TX channel Setup, all channels was set to 1500, 1500, 1500

strange strange.... perhaps i should replace the Atmel
