I took AC3.0.0 for a test flight using my new MAVPilot software as the GCS. I programmed a simple flight path as so

I have no idea what is happening at Waypoint2, but it just seems to be a bit crazy (understatement), and then it corrects with 3,4,5 and 6 executing as expected.
I have attached the logs for inspection. the purple one is the first log and the second is green. Also the second has an ROI waypoint looking at the wicket, where I was standing.
Any help appreciated. (Maybe there is some magnetic anomaly, wow this sounds so Star Trek! lol )

It's, as you suspect, very likely related to the compass. I see you're not using Compassmot so you might want to give that a try. I can't see from the dataflash messages how bad the interference is (tlogs work better or dataflash logs with the COMPASS message enabled).
