Hi Guys,

This sounds like a simple problem, but I've searched for a solution for a few hours now, including some digging around the ArduCopter source code, and couldn't find an answer :(

Anyway, lets say that I'm flying my quad in guided mode to a new location and then I send my quad a LAND command.

The LAND would be according to the HOME altitude (slow down 10 meters before the home altitude).

However, since I'm landing in a different location, the ground altitude needs to be changed.

I currently do not have a sonar installed, but I do have altitude data that I can send via MAVLINK to the quad, but I couldn't find any way to adjust my relative altitude or define a new absolute ground altitude.

Setting a new home location at the current location also zeros the current relative altitude to the current absolute altitude of the quad, so this doesn't help as well.

Appreciate any thought on this.

Thanks !

Yariv.
