I've manually calibrated 6 of the 6 ESCs/motors. they arm and rotate as expected. 

For each arming, the first few times I move the throttle stick up & down the props come to a complete stop of rotation'.

However after that, if I move the throttle stick, the props will not stop rotating when the stick is all way down. Moving throttle trim to bottom does not stop prop rotation.

One interesting clue is when I lower the throttle stick to the position the ESC/motors should stop rotation; motor RPM increases slightly and if I then move the stick up to max; the RPM doesn't change.

I've tried manually re-calibrating each of the ESCs several times with no effect. 

Using latest MP, APM, JR XG8 TX

Any ideas?

How can I narrow down the likely issue?  MP? ESC ? APM 2.5? TX? or ?
