As I understand it, the FAA do not have jurisdiction in enclosed spaces. What about in open air Stadiums or one with a retractable roof ? Has anyone researched this?

As silly as it sounds, with the dome closed it's by definition not FAA controlled airspace since there's a roof between the uav and the open sky, so you would be ok to fly.
