I am trying to compile and upload 2.9.1 using arduino 1.0.3. The file compiled and uploaded to apm2.0 however, the behaviour of the loaded code is not the same as if we used mission planner to upload.1) firstly, the red blue blinking lights do not blink anymore,2) and the apm will not respond to radio control input anymore with mission planner.3) when I re upload the 2.9.1 firmware using mission planner, it works as before.Any clue what's happening?I would like to dwell into the code and have some fun. Please kindly advise.

Should that be the default these days? Do we have any stats on APM1 vs APM2 usage?
Or better still, no default - make it a compile error unless you've explicitly #defined the hardware you're using.
