It depends of your setup weight. Try to buy some "combo kit", like Dji e300 for example.

I dont know so much about ESCs, gyroscope and accelerometer. I'll want to use these things?
In this moment i'm programing the pic to control two 12V motors, only for test the pwm code, because later i'll need to do that with 4 motors. Do you think i cant buy a cheaper "combo kit", because where i live (brazil) its very expensive. I dont know my setup weight, but it wont carry anything, it only need to fly, and move.
