GPS glitch and pos horiz variance errors

Was at my regular flying site testing an auto mission today with my large X8, haven't flown it since october and it flew perfect back then.  But today I had some very weird issues.  Did an auto takeoff and flew to the first waypoint perfectly and then the aircraft wanted to fly away at an aggressive rate.  I immediately switched into stabilized mode to remain in control.  In the attached picture you can see the flight tracks that show it down in the field south of the flight plan. In reality it never flew far from the flight plan.

I switched in and out of loiter mode and found that it wanted to fly in different directions.  So then I landed...

I am not the best at reviewing logs but the errors I found were:

-error ekf check 0

-error ekf check 2

-error pos horiz variance

-error flight mode 5

Trying to think about what the issue could be I remember that I replaced my Ublox GPS with a new one because I needed one for another UAV.  I dont believe that I calibrated the new Ublox since install, I will calibrate  and try again but I cant see that causing my GPS to go out by ~500ft.

After this flight I flew my 3DR solo and had no GPS issues.

Does anyone have any ideas for me?  Bin log attached I really appreciate any suggestions.
