Help needed in build

Specification :

APM 2.8 / Ublox 7m

Emax 25a Quattro esc

emax 980kv xa2212 motors 

3s 2200mah

So I got my calibration done and I could arm my motors and they would start up but two of them would struggle to start spinning but if I would give them a push they would start next morning i couldn't arm motors and can't calibrate them anymore and make them work together.

And the two motors that wont start up ,will start up if I switch  esc wires of motors that work

and don't, so its not motor fault but something else. Please help I'm new in RC :3

    the motors that doesn't work ,if switched with ones that work ,will work ,so it's not motor fault

    Typical signs of detective motors, broken or wrong order of windings.
    To be sure, try the suspected motors on an ESC that works with another motor.
    You bought a knockoff APM too, one can only hope it's more usable than three motors.
