I started to bild a Hexa on my own. I milled two centerplates out of CFK (2.1 mm thickness) and the mountplates and lipoholder out of 3mm blue plexi.

Now im only waiting for my Ardu Pilot 2.(orderd on 05/21/2012)

The setup:

6 x 2820/1100KV

ArduPilot Mega 2

6 x 10/45 Propps

2 x 3s/2100A Lipo

Size will be about 850 mm between the motors.
