They stated they are quadcopters but I am not sure what parts I need to look for (inexpensive) to conquer this feat. I have seen a bunch of DIY parts and already built copters that stay in air 5-10 min. What is needed to stay air in longer? higher?Any assistance greatly appreciated.

What quadcopter is good to fly as far as parts to get put it in the air for a long time over 10 min reach good heights and will be able to have a sheet attached to it like in the video above?

with a quad with exposed props, he can not achieve the purpose, even having guards for props.
