Latest Update Crashed My Computer.

Until the last update MP had always been working perfectly. When I click OK to update it updated the files but crashed after that.

It was really frustrating as I was getting ready to go fly. It took me more than an hour to get V1.3.36 loaded from backup and ready to go flying.

Has anyone else found this bug?

    are you using windows XP?

    it is no longer supported by MP. the change log notes this.

      Yes my "Go Fly" computer is running XP. I checked and it can’t be upgraded to 10.

      Very sad that XP is no longer supported. I will have to use the old version MP for at least this simmer. After that I will see about a new computer.

      You should do like the APM/Pixhawk developers due. Have the update routine detect the latest version that will work and install that. The way it is now if you just click OK and are running XP you will have a problem. I’m sure that I am not the only one that has had this problem.

    Despite the unholy mess windows is, it's unlikely that mission planner broke it, simply by how it works.
    You had an genuine microstop experience :)

    Been working great for me on a few different machines. Must be some issue with your setup
