Hi guys please can someone help me.

My mission planner software won't load and hangs on start up with the attached displayed in the log screen.

I have installed the updated .net framework and direct X is up to date.

I have used both the MSI installer and the .exe version of the mission planner

I am at my wits end, please can someone help suggest a fix.
