Nova ESC beep code Help

Hello,

On my Quanum Nova (CX-20)

Think I may have inadvertently  mucked up my esc settings, it appears that after throttling the motors are in a brake situation (they don't spin freely), does anyone know all the beep codes for setting up the various parameters on the esc's.  That is if you do not return the throttle to min after the first beeps in the calibration it goes to an advanced set of beep codes???

They are all soldered to the board so no one by one settings are available.

Please help

      Thanks Tom for your reply, a very useful video for future calibration but his is not exactly what I was looking for.

      I can calibrate the normal way but do not get the normal beep sequence !!

      I all calibrates fine and operates fine except I do not get the final two beep conformation at the end of the calibration, also after unplugging and then plugging back in I get NINE beeps not three before the tune and the lights are on, then I throttle and it throttles ok back to min' but the motors are running and the lights are off,(I can still throttle until I wait at min throttle for 10 sec's then it disarms, also after being disarmed if you try to turn the motors there is resistance (like a braking force)
