Odd PID settings

Hi, I've recently finished my quadcopter, about 60 cm wide with 23cm propellers

It's running MegapirateNG and I'm using Mission Planner v2.

Board : HK red MultiWii Pro

Version: 3.0.1 r4

When I hadn't changed PID settings, the quadcopter shaked side to side rappidly. I reduced the Pid settings until I managed to fly it. (Se picture).

Now it flies on the lowest pid settings, if I increase the P-pid on the pitch and roll to 0.15, it starts to oscillate again.

My question: Is it normal to have such low PID settings? And if I keep the P on 0.08 and increase the D settings, shouldn't get smoother? If I increase the D-PID the quadcopter starts to oscillate.

Feels like D-PID is inverted. Any tips?
