I originally had my pixhawk connect right to a spectrum satellite but had a loss of control and crash. I moved over to spectrum AR7700 and now I'm having issue with the channels being miles up. My throttle is my ailerons, ailerons and elevator, and elevator is throttle. I used the RC_Map to change the channels and they show good in the RC calibration but when i power up the bird to move the surfaces they are back to the original mixed up setting. Anyone have any ideas to try?

I have a similar issue, just trying to set up the AR7700, using a DX9. On my 450, I also had the same issue with Naza V2 and scrapped the AR7700 for the AR8000. The fact that this issue is the same, despite the FC, makes me think its on the AR7700 side of things. Does anyone on the board know if you can get into the Firmware on the AR7700?
