Pixhawk strange behaviour during ESC calibration

Hey!

i’ve built drone and based it on Pixhawk. Everything seems ok, escept ESC calibration process.

Im doig this proper way, but at the end, after power reset ESC calibration data is somehow removed.

Here is what I do:

1) TX throttle at maximum

2) ESC and Pixhawk power on

3) i can see now red, blue, green light on led

4) power reset

5) after this reset i should begin calibration, but here Pixhawk light up YELLOW diode (solid tellow, not Blinking). I dont think this is typical... no message in MP is possible

6) Here i can click Safety button and calibrate ESC. After calibration motors spin properly and seems to be precise

7) after power reset motors again spin as ESC are not calibrated. Calibration process is lost.

Any ideas, guys? I have calibrated acc, gyro and radio channels in mission planner. I can easily arm pixhawk and even fly ( not good idea with not calibrated ESC). I was also ereasing px eeprom and reinstalled firmware.
