Having a slight issue maybe somebody else there can point me in the right direction.. problem I'm having is with my chaotic 3D quad, recently had a ESC burnout they replaced the ESC and now with the new ESC installed there seems to be a difference in Simonk firmware settings between the three original ESC and the replacement. Once you arm the madcow flight controller and bump the throttle up above 0% the motors will start to spin to preset setting the replacement esc does not do this. I have recalibrated a couple of times but there seems to be a throttle range preset in the original ESC. Also when I put the quad into 3D mode I notice the replacement ESC does not recognize the reversing signal that the originals do the throttle input is supposed to change from 50% to 100 for normal rotation and 50% and below for reverse rotation on the throttle, replacement ESC does not recognize this.. so my questions are how do I set the correct settings in the replacement ESC and can I download or backup the firmware settings off of the Originals ESC?
And I have updated the replacement ESC with the latest version of firmware from SimonK still made no change in my problem.
