I've created a new thread to add more attachments of data to the previous thread, as I can't figure out how to add attachments to replies. Please add any comments to the discussion referenced above.

What is your WP radius set at? I don't think it's the default of 2 meters correct? Maybe It's 13 meters?
I fly RTL on almost every flight so I know the defaults are fine and the function works reliably. Maybe a parameter is somehow too high and is creating some strange edge case. So please grab the params and post them as well. If we find a param that causes an overflow for instance, we could get a sign flipping on a 16bit number and get all sorts of weird behavior.
