Hello.I want to make a simle UAV without autopilot.Can i do it.I just want to have a real time video(at about 1 - 2 km range) and rc range(at about 1 - 2 km).If i can control my UAV with laptop it will be great.I'm waiting for replies(and can you give me some links that a can buy the things)Thank you.

I recommend spending quite some time researching equipment before trying to build/buy anything. I'd also recommend that you be (semi) competent flying normal RC before trying anything more advanced.

you are thinking of a FPV(first person view). I would use 2 xbees, one hooked up to a Arduino and another on my computer.
Then just find wireless camera but good luck finding one with that range. Try sparkfun.com
