Spektrum DX6i settings for Pixhawk

How to set my Spektrum DX6i for Pixhawk quadcopter. 

The problem is when i try to make new program in DX6i, when open APM Planner and try to calibrate RC controls i move everiting on my DX6i and APM no responding, look like no conection betwen transmitter and reciver, reciver LED is solid. If i use one of factory defoult program in DX6i everithing is ok.

Somebody can tell me some basic settings for my DX6i

    You need to use a

    spectrum satellite receiver - not main receiver

    You may need to rebind the Tx to the Rx while in the new program even though the Rx light shows as solid.

      I rebind transmitter to reciver when change the program, i know this and i make it.

      I think the problem is in settings on DX6i
