Syma x5C motor connection breakdown

Hey y'all

I recently purchased the Syma x5C and it is great. But today, when I was testing the product out, one of the motors failed to work. We predict that it would be a loose connection as one time it is working and the other time it is not. The other 3 propellers or motors are working just fine. The joystick is able to sync up with the drones as fine as possible; the connection is not an issue. But we predict that the problem is internally within the device. We took apart the drone, and try to see where the problem was; we are not able to see any problem with the wire connections or hardware problems but we still predict that there is a connection problem within the drone. To summarize, one of the four motors of the drone is failing to work as we try to fly the drone. It is not able to spring up in the air as we try to make it fly with the remote. We need to know where the loose connection is or where the problem is to soon fly and enjoy it.

Thanks,

Future Billionaires.
