Ultrasonic sensors on Pixhawk

Hello,

I am building a quad-copter for my senior design project and wish to implement collision avoidance using ultrasonic sensors (LVMaxSonarEZ4).  I already have the sensors working with the PixHawk.  My last task is just to get the vehicle to avoid objects.  I am not a computer science major so programming is not my strength any help would be greatly appreciated.
