Unable to install the firmware in mission planner

Dear sir,

           I'm Ranjitha, i'm beginner to fly the Quadcopter i have some issues pls give an idea sir...... i have used APM 2.6 & the mission planner software. I have connected the desktop & APM board using USB port. In the Initial Setup I can't able to install the firmware. It shows the message as Failed to download the new firmware & also i can't able to do the live calibration in that the axis is not revolving while when i revolving the APM with GPS.
                   Plz help me sir............

    Try another USB cable or another computer might make work.
