Unexpected throttle dropouts

I just finished setting up my new tricopter and unfortunately the tricopter is behaving really weird. It looks like the power to the motors get cut repeatedly for a breif moment in mid air.  The cuts only last for a fraction of a second so the tricopter only loose a couple of meters of height.  It looks like the power to all three motors gets cut simultaneously.

I have done some research into the logs and found that the RC input ch3 (throttle) drop for a brief moment several times during my short sessions. I'm not 100% sure if these dropouts corresponds to the visible drops, but I'm think that is a fair assumption to make.

What could cause these dropouts? Can it be fixed or is it safest to replace e.g. the receiver+ppm encoder?

I'm using the same transmitter on an Align T-rex 450 without any problems.

Could anybody please take a look at the logs and verify my findings or check if you can find any other problems?
