Hello DIY Droners!
I have a rather large issue. I fried my usb port as far as i can tell, through plugging the battery in while the usb was powering the board. The port can power the board via the usb cable still but when i click connect via the APM Planner 2.0 it says it connects but no data is coming from the board. I do see the data light flashing though. Verified not working on MAC and PC. However on the PC the noise sounds when connecting the USB.
My question is, if the port is in fact fried, is the telemetry port also fried? Or could i salvage the board by using a telemetry radio to change settings.
I had the settings to the point where it should fly, however when spooling up the copter flips after leaving the ground.
Please let me know your thoughts!
