what is the right quadrocopter

Hi, im 14 years old and am looking for a summer project.

It must have a gps and be programmable, but also remote controlled.

Does anyone have any ideas for kits that fit these requirements; i've looked at the arducopter and the parrot AR drone, but I am wondering if there are any others i should look at.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
