what wrong with my quad???

Hey.
Would be really happy if someone can help me figure out what wrong with my quad.
Have just hovrat it a few times and it works really well.
Flew away in the "alt hold" and after a few meters, I heard the sound signal for GPS glitch and then
it tip over on its back and fall down like a stone. What could be wrong ??
Throw in a picture and the log file.

    The error was the ppm encoder from HK

    What did RCtimer support think? I know timing can be an issue with the big props.
