Hello Newb here, just wondering if this parts list could make a flying quadcopter???
I am very new to this and this is my first build so please dont talk technically as i will have no idea what your saying. please help

You need some sort of controller to keep the quad the right way up, if I were you take the FPV gear off your wish list its a waste until you can fly.
