Xbees settings

Hi all,

I'm trying to configure Xbees for telemetry and I'm facing a lil' problem:

Each Xbee has been set up with X-CTU and have same channel, ID and 115200 Baud rate.
When I start a Range test, the Tx LED's of both PC side and Ardu side are blinking, so it seems that there is communication between them.
Rx LED's don't blink and X-CTU says "Timeout waiting for data"
From time to time, Rx LED's blink a little, but never more than 1 second. During the last test, the "Good results" was only 1% on 300 tries...

Has anyone an idea to solve it?

you have to connect at 57k baud for ardu and PC then check
