Compile AC using Eclipse LUNA & Cygwin

Hi, 

I am having difficulty compiling ArduCopter 3.2 using eclipse. 

Compiles using, cygwin in the SITL target but does not compile in apm2 target.

With eclipse, I am having trouble giving it the arduino path. 

Setting path variables in eclipse:
