Diy Octocopter

I have two cheap quadcopters. A skyviper 2700, and an even cheaper non branded quad. Both have 20mm x 8mm brushed motors in a fixed gearbox. I was wondering if I could dismantle both, and wire them together to create an octocopter. I can't find this
