Rotating 'gimble' for GoPro

I'd like to be able to rotate a GoPro camera through 360 degrees, and stop at specific points (to take a set of panoramic pictures). Any suggestions? The only servos I've seen that can be sent to a specific rotation with an Arduino, are limited to
