My APM board is Arduflyer 2.5.2. I changed the AutoMUX to UART2 by cutting upper solder bridges and connecting the lower bridges. I get ArduCopter 3.2.1 in github and put "#define TELEMETRY_UART2 ENABLED" code in APM_Config.h. You could see the code
