About Me:

I built and flew model rockets, line control airplanes and radio control gliders as a kid, and later I experimented with acrobatic kites as a young adult. I've had an interest in UAVs for quite some time and thought it was time to dive in and actually build one.

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I started out with a birch, plexiglass and poplar spar design, that later turned into birch and PVC. That barely got off the ground before life got in the way. After a move back across country, the PVC design was scrapped and the electronics moved over to a FlipFPV frame. Since then I've gotten myself a mini H-quad and started work on a AXN - I hope to run CC3D boards in both of them.
