brand new rtf srd 210 from helipal goes through hook up song then just beeps with red lights

I have the qav 210 worked great right out of the box but this one turn on tr then plug in battery srd goes through its little song then just beep beep beep with the red tail lights flashing to the beeps . any ideas?
