Looks like a quick drawing done with Cut2D program. On center there are power distribution pcb and you can mount ESCs directly to it. And most parts are coming from Trex450 heli. Other than that.. It's really puzzling how to mount center plates, power distro etc.

 

Few more explains yes would be good :)

This the first setup.

It is a 2 layer frame; the bottom plate is the power pcb.

The Arduino wil be in the middle between the top plate.
