Joshua, this is a useful topic, and you've improved a lot since episode #1.  I don't think anyone has a good drone podcast yet, and if you keep at it you could become a hit.

My general advice is to just stay focused, plan out each episode, develop your own format (but cheat by looking at the format of other pod- and video-casts), edit when needed, and keep trying to show visually interesting material.

My specific advice: Shorten it to 5 minutes, keeping it information dense.  There are so many rambling, time-wasting podcasts--don't be like them.  Also do one episode a week--it will force you to spend time making each episode better, and it will leave people wanting more.

Do you recommend any good video editing programs John? Also thanks John for all the advice!!! Everyone's advice is making my videos more enjoyable and I thank everyone for that!  No problem Alfred I really love the uniqueness of diydrones.com and I enjoy doing as much as I can to make everything run smoothly for everyone and be an Adviser to other members.
