2.0 board and the APM Power Module

I have the 2.0 board (I think). It was the first of the purple boards with the case.

I'm trying to connect the APM Power module to this module, but I guess it isn't a direct connection as there is no Molex connector for a direct connection.

I'm trying to sort out the connections. Is it as simple as connecting the GND, A and V to the A2 and A1 of ArduPilot Mega APM V2 sensor inputs?

Yes, its that easy. But pins 1&2 are both 5.37V, and are used in parrallel as each cable can handle 1A, the same with GND wires pins5&6
