i already had a perfect flight last week, flying with like 1/4 throttle +/-...
yesterday on my flight i had some issues,
to take off i had to go to about 2/3 throttle, and at certain point i had to go to almost 100% throttle to stay in the air, (battery was at 3.8v per cell - so it's no that.)
i haven't really changed something so it's really strange.
after a few minutes of flight, all working good including gps hold,
i noticed that the rear and front motors are really BURNING hot, while the two others are just warm.
meaning the clockwise pair ran stronger at most time than the counter clockwise,
it's strange because it should mean that it yawed, but it didn't.
and i also didn't just use the front or back motors to move around - i used all four...
(ardupirates NG)
any ideas ?

ok,
not only the un-leveled motor,
but this morning i turned the back motor by hand and i could notice some sound at each turn.
I opened it, it could barely come off the bearing, there was some sand grains, and suddenly i found a small STONE falling on my desk !
i have no idea how the motor was spinning at all having this stone between magnets and coils :0
it's quite obvious i've gotta change that motor soon, but i will try to fly it outdoor today to see if it solved the throttle issue....
