3.1 Trad Heli won't arm in 3dr

Hello! I am having trouble with arming my t-rex 600 whenever I use the 3.1 and 3.1.1 firmware. I get a notice in the hud near the disarm status something like "Prearm ins not healthy" for 3.1 and "Prearm Alt disparity" for 3.1.1.

I am using an arduino mega 2.5 board.

Please share settings for 3.1.1

I guess your APM 2.5 has a burnt 3.3v regulator, see http://www.diydrones.com/forum/topics/arducopter-3-1-released

If it's not, maybe try recalibrate your acc again?
