I've recently ordered a 3DR ArduCopter Quad (on the 4th) but nothing has happened.  It's still showing 'processing' on the account page.  They say that their processing time is 3 - 5 days.

They aren't replying to emails and I'm beginning to think that they've taken my money and have done a runner.

They asked for a photograph of my credit card (only displaying the last four digits).  I've never been asked for this before!

Has anybody else had problems with them?  Am I expecting too much from them?

Have I been 'suckered'?
