3d telemetry and nexus 7 not working

Hi I got an issue with the telemetry and nexus 7, I got all connected nexus say is connect I got solid green light on both antennas but if I move the APM 2.5 board nothing move on screen of my tablet, I the board itself there is a flashing red lights did I miss some setting?
