I am going to set p my Hexacopter using Pixhawk and 3DR GPS but I wonder if it is possible to mount 3DR GPS mast on f550?
Has anyone any idea?

I am building a F550 with APM, using another folding mast.
My controller stack sits on the top plate, the mast bolted to the stack, the stack bolted to the top F550 plate.
I think a similar method would work for the 3DR mast. In my situation, one screw holds the mast to the controller stack.
