Just starting my build with a 3DR hexacopter. Would love to hear your opinions of 2-axis, stabilized camera mounts (or even 3-axis). Thanks so much in advance.
I thought that this (below) camera mount was going to do the trick (and at a bargain price too), but the link in the article, which is referencing a 2-axis mount, points to a mount that is ONE axis?

Anyway, unless I am reading that wrong, I need recommendations for a 2-axis, servo-controlled, gyro-stabilized (by the APM 2.5 flight controller) camera mount...of course I'd like to hit the sweet spot of best bang for the buck, below, say, $200, and have it mount without too much difficulty to the 3DR hexacopter.
I'd like it to be able to carry something on the order of a "large compact" camera...maybe like the Sony Nex 7 ((1080p/60p video!) if I can ever afford one), which weighs about 12 ounces / 340 grams, or even as much as a small DSLR, at around 24 ounces / 680 grams...though honestly, at least for starters, I see a GoPro as being perhaps my most likely candidate, at 6 ounces / 170 grams.
I have found a few:
For GoPro/similar:

For a larger camera? (doesn't say weight capacity):

Several here of varying prices/capacities:

I am using the Gaui Crane 2. May be a little out of the $200 range but its quality. It has ball bearings and suprisingly smooth video. Had a cheap one before and upgraded it to the Crane 2 and video is a LOT smoother.
